479§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that the House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 52. In consequence of some of the amendments that have been made to this Bill during its parliamentary stages—in particular, the revised limestone pavements provisions, to which we shall be coming—it was necessary to redraft the various definitions of "local authority". This amendment, which is purely technical, is the first of these amendments. My Lords, I beg to move.
§ Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said amendment.—(The Earl of Avon.)
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
