The Minister of State, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Earl Ferrers)My Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to revoke the Hop Marketing Scheme 1932, to make provision with respect to the forward contracts and other property, rights and liabilities of the Hops Marketing Board and to provide for the dissolution or winding up of that board.
