My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be now read a second time. This is a pure consolidation Bill consolidating three Acts: namely, the Overseas Investment and Export Guarantees Act 1972, the Export Guarantee Act 1975, and the International Finance Trade and Aid Act 1977. It makes no alteration to the existing law. I beg to move.
