§ LORD POLWARTHMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 17 and 18. These Amendments ensure 430 that the Secretary of State can make provision for the transfer to the new authorities of persons employed respectively by the Scottish Ambulance Service and the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Association.
