§ LORD POLWARTHMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 19 and 20. These Amendments ensure that the Secretary of State can make provision for the transfer to the new authorities of persons employed by bodies set up by several existing health authorities. The staff of the Scottish Hospital Administrative Staffs Committee and the Scottish National Health Service Catering School are among those who will be covered in this way.
