§ LORD POLWARTHMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 13 and 14, which are related, and with your Lordships' permission I will take No. 16 at the same time. These Amendments take account of the statutory basis of joint ophthalmic service committees under the Health Services and Public Health Act 1968.
