§ LORD POLWARTHMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 12. This ensures that the whole of the annual report of the Scottish Health Service Planning Council will be laid before Parliament by the Secretary of State. This, I understand, meets a point made by the noble Lord, Lord Hughes, at a previous stage.
