THE LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, if no noble Lord objects, may I move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 28, 29 and 30? These are linked drafting Amendments designed to ensure that Clause 29 carries out the recommendation in paragraph 59 of the Law Commission's Report No. 25 more clearly than it does in its present form. That is to say, they are, in substance, drafting Amendments.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendments.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
