Clause 32, transpose Clause 32 to after Clause 27.
§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 31. This simply transposes one clause into a more suitable position in the Bill. It transposes Clause 32 to come in after Clause 27.
