My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment. This Amendment seeks to add to the list in Schedule 1 of statutory references to the age of 21 which are to be changed to 18, a further provision which came to light after the Bill had been introduced. The provision in Section 244 (2) (a) of the Customs and Excise Act 1952 provides that no entry on the fficial register containing particulars of the premises where
