§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, this is a drafting Amendment, required by the inclusion in the Bill of the new clause which is to be inserted after Clause 18. Your Lordships may have noted that subsection (4) of this new clause contains certain repeal provisions. The present Amendment to the general repeal clause is intended to point to these repeals which are not to be found in the 796 repeal Schedule—that is the Third Schedule. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in this Amendment.
