HL Deb 13 March 1956 vol 196 cc309-10
THE MINISTER OF STATE, SCOTTISH OFFICE (LORD STRATHCLYDE)

My Lords, these Regulations make for Scotland exactly the same changes as the Regulations which have just been approved make for England and Wales. There is no point of difference for me to draw to your Lordships' attention, and therefore I beg to move.

Moved, That the Draft Police Pensions (Scotland) Regulations, 1956, reported from the Special Orders Committee on Wednesday, the 29th of February last, be approved.—(Lord Strathclyde.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
