Clause 10, page 11, line 42, leave out ("one") and insert ("two").

My Lords, this clause deals with the duty to inform the harbour authority of discharges of oil from ships—discharges which may be legitimate under the Bill—or of the escape of oil from a place on land. The fine here is increased from £100 to £200. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in this Amendment.
