Clause 9, page 11, line 22, leave out ("fifty") and insert ("one hundred")

My Lords, this clause continues previous legislation which makes it necessary to inform the harbour master when oil is transferred at night. The Amendment increases the fine for failing to do so from £50 to £100. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in this Amendment.
