§ To ask Her Majesty's Government when envelopes with embossed stamps of the present reign will be put on sale in post offices.]
§ EARL DE LA WARRMy Lords, ordinary envelopes and the smallest size of registered envelope bearing embossed stamps of the present reign, in red and dove-grey respectively, will be on sale at all Post Offices on Monday, November 29. Registered envelopes in the larger sizes will be issued later.
