§ LORD LLEWELLINMy Lords, this is another Amendment which gives each House of Parliament power to annul the regulations which Ministers make. I think it is a considerable improvement, 15 and perhaps the word "drafting" does not adequately sum it up.
§ LORD MACDONALD OF GWAENYSGORMy Lords, I agree with the noble Lord. By accident, I turned over two pages of my brief. This Amendment makes the same alteration regarding annulment as the previous Amendment.
