§ LORD LLEWELLINMy Lords, I think this Amendment effects a great improvement. This measure went through your Lordships' House without your Lordships—including myself, particularly—noticing this point. There was considerable discussion about this particular problem on a Bill which came to us just after this one, and a very satisfactory form of words was found. I am glad that the opportunity has been taken of the proceedings in another place to bring this Bill into line with what was agreed on one or two other measures, and I thank the noble Lord.
