Clause 15, page 11, line 17, leave out ("laid before Parliament") and insert ("subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either Howe of Parliament.")

My Lords, this Amendment makes the regulations dealing with fees for the testing of samples subject to annulment by Parliament. I beg to move.
