Clause 6, page 5, line 16, at end insert ("and section thirty-four of the Salmon Fisheries (Scotland) Act, 1868, in so far as it directs that a justice shall not be disqualified from hearing any case arising under the said Act by reason of his being a member of a district board shall cease to have effect.")

THE LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, the Commons have inserted a provision dealing with the Salmon Fisheries (Scotland) Act, 1868, comparable to the one we inserted at the suggestion of the noble Lord, Lord Merthyr. This Amendment is made in conformity with Clause 6, I beg to move.
