LORD CHATFIELD had the follow-Notice on the Paper: To ask His Majesty's Government whether all necessary measures are being taken for the replacement of the battleships of the "Queen Elizabeth" and "Royal Sovereign" classes as early as possible, in view of their great age; and in particular whether satisfactory progress is being made with the battleships of the "Lion" class, whose construction was approved before the war; and to move for Papers.
