§ LORD STRATHCONA AND MOUNT ROYALMy Lords, since the Bill passed your Lordships' House, a decision of the Court of Session has laid open to challenge certain holograph wills which had previously been regarded as secure from challenge, and it is accordingly felt right that the provisions of this clause should be extended to them also. I beg to move that this Amendment be agreed to.
