HL Deb 29 July 1936 vol 102 c325

Clause 269, page 172, line 16, leave out (" belonging ") and insert (" which belongs ")

Clause 269, page 172, line 20, leave out (" while it is being ") and insert (" and which is regularly ").

VISCOUNT GAGE

The next two Amendments have been inserted to meet the showmen's view. The point was raised by Lord Bertie on the Committee stage of the Bill, but I do not think it is necessary for me to make any remarks, except to say that the views of the showmen have been met up to a certain point.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendments.—(Viscount Gage.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
