§ THE MARQUESS OF ZETLANDMy Lords, I will move the two Amendments 498 relating to this Order together, because the first one is really consequential on the second. Their object is to make clear that where the word "Minister" is used reference is made to Ministers under the existing Constitution as well as to persons who may be Ministers under the new Constitution.
