§ THE MARQUESS OF LONDONDERRYMy Lords, these three Amendments go together. They are concerned with the limitation of the profits which may be derived from the operation of a totalisator. I do not know whether your Lordships are anxious that I should go into all the details. I have an idea that your Lordships are familiar with them and, unless your Lordships so desire, I will move without further comment.
