§ *LORD ALLENDALEMy Lords, I have a similar Motion to that which has just been agreed to on the Motion of my noble friend the President of the Board of Agriculture. I do not know that I need make any statement in moving it, except to say that the matter has been thoroughly gone into by the Lord Chairman, who is satisfied as to the reasonableness of the Motion in this case.
