Report from, that the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Amendments made by the Committee of this House to the Armagh Urban District Council Bill ought not to be dispensed with, but that the Bill should be allowed to proceed provided that the words "continue to hold his said office until he die or resign or be removed by the council with the assent of the Board" be struck out of Clause 49A. The said Report to be considered to-morrow.
