The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with—Education Board Provisional Orders Confirmation (Liverpool, etc.) [H.L.].

Also the Certificate that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have not been complied with:—Rhymney and Aber Valleys Gas and Water Company (Petition for Bill).

And also the Certificates that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:—Acton Sewage; Birmingham Corporation; Brentwood Gas; Great Berkhampstead Gas; Ilfracombe Harbour and Improvement; London Gas; Otley Improvement; Great Northern Railway; Nottingham and Retford Railway; Seaham Gas; Croydon Gas; Dublin Corporation (Superannuation); Hitchin and District Gas.

Worcestershire County Council Bridges Bill. Examiner's Certificate of noncompliance with the Standing Orders referred to the Standing Orders Committee on Tuesday, the 16th instant.

Wellingborough and District Tram-roads and Electricity Supply Bill [H.L.]. The order made on the 31st of March last appointing certain Lords the Select Committee to consider the Bill, discharged.

Bridgwater Canals Bill [H.L.]. The CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES informed the House that the Promoters do not intend to proceed further with the Bill. The Orders made on the 3rd and 31st of March last, discharged. Ordered, That the Bill be not further proceeded with.
