Report from, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Ulster and Connaught Light Railways Bill ought to be dispensed with, subject to Clause 14 being struck out of the Bill, unless the special resolution of the Clogher Valley Railway Company approving of the Bill be proved before the Examiners before the Third Reading of the Bill.
