HL Deb 05 June 1902 vol 108 c1506
THE EARL OF MAYO

My Lords, I beg to ask His Majesty's Government if the Department of Agriculture (Ireland) can give information as to the relative values of salmon fisheries privately owned, and of those fished by men working a public fishery on their common law rights; and to ask that this information may be given in a Parliamentary Paper.

THE EARL OF DENBIGH

The information at the disposal of the Department is more or less conjectural, but, such as it is, it will be placed in the form of a Memorandum and laid on the Table in the course of a few days.
