Message from the Commons that they have appointed a Committee, to consist of five Members, to join with a Committee of this House to consider the accommodation available in the House of Lords when the Sovereign is personally present in Parliament, and the advisability of substituting Westminster Hall on such an occasion for the House of Lords, and to request this House to appoint an equal number of Lords to be joined with the Members of their House; the said Message to be taken into consideration to-morrow.
