Amendments reported (according to Order).

THE EARL OF HARDWICKE expressed the opinion that the time allowed in Clause 7 for the filing with the registrar of the return of the allotments, etc., was too short. He therefore moved that the period be extended from fourteen days to one month.

Amendment moved— In Clause 7, page 4, line 37, to leave out 'fourteen days' and insert ' one month.'"—(The Earl of Hardwicke.)
