§ That—
- the matter of the Report of the Richard Commission be referred to the Welsh Grand Committee for its consideration;
- the Committee shall meet at Westminster on Tuesday 6th July at twenty-five minutes past Nine o'clock and between Two o'clock and half-past Four o'clock to consider the matter of the Report of the Richard Commission, under Standing Order No. 107 (Welsh Grand Committee (matters relating exclusively to Wales)).—[Derek Twigg.]
