Motion made, and Question, That, pursuant to section 5 of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968, provisional statutory effect shall be given to the following motions:—

  1. Rates of tobacco products duty (motion No. 2);
  2. Rate of duty on beer (motion No. 3);
  3. Rates of duty on wine and made-wine (motion No. 4);
  4. Amusement machine licence duty (rates) (motion No. 17).—[ Mr. Gordon Brown]
