§ That this House takes note of European Union Document No. 12179/03, draft Regulation on certain Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases; supports the Government's position on reducing greenhouse gas emissions; and notes that the Regulation is in line with the policy on fluorinated gases as set out in the United Kingdom Climate Change Programme and that the Regulation is designed to achieve emission reductions of HFCs, PFCs and SF6 and will assist the European Community and Member States to meet their targets under the Kyoto Protocol.—[Mr. Kemp.]
