That, at the sitting on Tuesday 4th November, the Motion for the adjournment of the House in the name of the Prime Minister on the subject of quality of life in local communities shall lapse, if not previously disposed of, three hours after the commencement of proceedings on it, and the Motion for the adjournment of the House in the name of the Prime Minister relating to Africa may be proceeded with, though opposed, until Seven o'clock or for three hours after the commencement of proceedings on it, whichever is the later, and shall then lapse.—[Mr. Ainger.]
