Shona MeIsaac (Cleethorpes)I am honoured to present the petition of Sue Penney and 2,384 others concerning the dangerous, inappropriate use of mobile phones by motorists while driving, a practice that has led to loss of life in this country.
The petitioners therefore
Request that the House of Commons pass legislation which will make it a criminal offence for a driver of any vehicle to use or operate a mobile phone while in control of that vehicle.
