That, at the sitting on Thursday 21st November—

(a) notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 16 (Proceedings under an Act or on European Union documents) the Speaker shall put the questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on the Motion in the name of the Prime Minister relating to Fisheries not later than four hours after their commencement; and

(b) notwithstanding the practice of the House in relation to motions relating to the Committee of Selection, the Motion in the name of Mr Keith Hill relating to the Committee of Selection may be made during the time of public business and the Speaker shall put the questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on it not later than one hour after their commencement,

and proceedings under this Order may continue, though opposed, after the moment of interruption
