§ Mrs. Cheryl Gillan (Chesham and Amersham)On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker. I wonder whether you could advise me. We have so far had three Bills this afternoon in respect of which Her Majesty had to go to the trouble to give her consent to allow us to proceed to Second Reading. Is it not appalling that, Her Majesty having gone to that trouble, we do not now have the opportunity as a House to consider those three Bills? Could you advise me how we may enable those three Bills to be discussed and considered in the House after Her Majesty has gone to such trouble?
