Queen's consent having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52 (Money resolutions and ways and means resolutions in connection with Bills), That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Office of Communications Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
    1. (i) any expenses of the Secretary of State under the Act; and
    2. (ii) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums of money so payable under any other enactment; and
  2. (b) the payment of money into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Fitzpatrick.]
