Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52 (Money resolutions and ways and means resolutions in connection with Bills),

That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
    1. (a) financial assistance given by the Lord Chancellor in relation to the provision of advice, and
    2. (b) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums which under any other Act are payable out of money provided by Parliament, and
  2. (2) the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund—[Mr. Caplin.]
