Amendment made: No. 178, in page 100, line 20, at end insert— '(7) The court must not make an order under subsection (2) or (4) unless it gives—

  1. (a) the prosecutor, or
  2. (b) if the Director was appointed as the enforcement authority for the order under section 191, the Director, an opportunity to make representations.'.—[Mrs. McGuire.]
