Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52(1)(a) (Money resolutions and ways and means resolutions in connection with bills). That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the European Parliament (Representation) Bill, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1)the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
    1. (a)any expenditure incurred by a Minister of the Crown in consequence of the Act; or
    2. (b)any increase attributable to the Act in the sums payable out of money so provided by virtue of any other Act;
  2. (2)any provision made under the Act requiring sums to be charged on and paid out of the Consolidated Fund;
  3. (3)any increase attributable to the Act in the sums to be charged on and paid out of the Consolidated Fund under any other Act;
  4. (4)the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund.—[Joan Ryan.]
