§ Mr. SpeakerThe House will now suspend in order to enable hon. Members to attend Her Majesty to present a Loyal Address on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of her Accession to the Throne.
MR. SPEAKER and the House proceeded to Westminster Hall to attend Her Majesty with an Address.
MR. SPEAKER resumed the Chair at half-past Two o'clock.
