Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52(1)(a), (Money resolutions and ways and means resolutions in connection with bills),

That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Social Security Fraud Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State for or in connection with the carrying out of his functions under that Act; and
  2. (b) any increase attributable to that Act in the sums which are payable out of money so provided under any other Act.—[Mr. Mike Hall.]
