Amendment made: No. 22, in page 10, line 27, at end insert— '(5) In the Care Standards Act 2000, in Schedule 4 (minor and consequential amendments)—

  1. (a) in paragraph 14(4), the words ", as it has effect before the commencement of section 4 of the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000"; and
  2. (b) paragraph 14(5) and (6),
