Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52(1)(a) (Money resolutions and ways and means resolutions in connection with Bills),

That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Limited Liability Partnerships Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise—
  1. (a) the making of provision about the taxation of limited liability partnerships and their members, and
  2. (b) the imposition by regulations under the Act of fees payable into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Pope.]
