No. 129, in page 51, leave out lines 27 and 28 and insert— '(5) In so far as a direction under this section conflicts with the requirements of an order under section (Orders for possession of aerodromes, etc.), the direction is to be disregarded. (5A) In so far as a direction under this section conflicts—

  1. (a) with the requirements of an enactment or instrument other than an order under section (Orders for possession of aerodromes, etc.), or
  2. (b) with any duty which arises otherwise than under an enactment or instrument, the requirements are or the duty is to be disregarded.'.
