Resolved, That—

  1. (1) In section 62(1A) of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979—
    1. (a) in paragraph (a) for "£161.20" there shall be substituted "£166.70";
    2. (b) in paragraph (b) for "£37.92" there shall be substituted "£39.21"; and
    3. (c) in paragraph (c) for "£25.27" there shall be substituted "£26.13".
  2. (2) This Resolution shall have effect on and after 1st April 2000.
And it is hereby declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution should have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968.
