Resolved,

That—

  1. (1) In paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994—
    1. (a) in sub-paragraph (2), for "£155" there shall be substituted "£160"; and
    2. (b) in sub-paragraph (2A), for "£100" there shall be substituted "£105".
  2. (2) This Resolution shall have effect in relation to licences issued on or after 1st March 2001.
