§ Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52(1)(a),
That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Countryside and Rights of Way Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
(a) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums required by the Secretary of State for making grants to the Countryside Agency or the Nature Conservancy Council for England;
(b) any administrative expenses of a Minister of the Crown which are attributable to the Act;.
(c) any other expenditure of a Minister of the Crown or government department which is attributable to the Act; and.
(d) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums which under any other enactment are payable out of money so provided.—[Mr. Touhig.].
